Lately, I've been stressing beaucoup buttercups. I've been taking my anxiety medication, and that has helped, and also my faith (duh!) has kept me from stabbing myself in the eye with a fork.
This week's verse is:
You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord; for the Lord, the Lord is the Rock eternal.
Isaiah 26:3-4
Loveys, this is so deep. It's been keeping me in perfect peace. It's so awesome to know that trusting in God is the only thing needed to have peace. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this is major. I've been repeating it all day.
So, meditate on that!
